I purchased a 2021 chevy silverado 1500 on 12-7-2023. sales person was very nice and extremely knowledge on the vehicle he sold to me. took time and went over every detail of everthing inside and outside of the truck. the finance team was very helpful . .i will definitely recommend this dealership.

I struck a deer at high speed on the thruway 60 miles from home, requiring a flatbed to deliver the vehicle to the nearest GM dealer. I wanted GM parts used for this leased vehicle and repairs made by quality GM personnel. I couldn't have made a more incorrect decision. I've allowed myself several months to minimize the incredible disdain felt for this dealership. Worst purchase of my life truck didn’t last 3 months before breaking down several times hasn’t been a year and now it seems like the transmission is going
Friendly and helpful during a time where there are no new cars in a year.
Do not believe GM parts were used on my vehicle. The invoice for service I received clearly does not show GM part numbers. The dealership cut me a check for the rebate. Was advised by the dealership if I were to send the invoice in with the rebate, it would have been kicked back to me.

Best car buying experience ever! My first experience at Basil was fantastic. George and Brett took great care of us. Friendly and attentive and courteous. Then to finish up Deb helped me understand the service warranty packages and so we got one that we felt best for us. Now my husband is thinking about trading his car in for a newer model and when he does we will definitely return for George and Brett’s expert help.

Dishonest advertising. Dealer would not honor advertisement on its own website. People did not prioritize or take serious any thing I asked for or wanted. Financial department made considerable mistakes during the closing phase and took weeks to rectify. I would not recommend this dealer under any circumstances.

Replace upper control arms with adjustable arms , replaced left rear wheel bearing and align vehicle. Repairs done in an efficient manner with quality work. The service manager Casey is wonderful along with Brad the service writer do a stupendous job in orchestrating repairs for the public.

Entire service was performed in a timely manner. We had a courteous shuttle driver that took us to Lowe’s so we can shop while we waited; he picked us up with excellent communication via phone. Vehicle was washed following service.
Great deal compared to other dealer in area , they had the best price. It was a clean deal with no trade so it was easy to compare. Allan and Travis were a pleasure to do business with, bought several trucks from Basil Fredonia and dealt with a Travis on the last two.

If I could give this Service Center negative stars I would. I brought my car in because it sounded like I needed a new wheel barring in the front. The front passenger side to be precise. They were notified that I would be staying there while my car was getting worked on. Arriving at 8:30 am for a 9:00 am appointment, I knew that I was going to be there for awhile. Jeff in service is the perfect example of what you would hope to find in a high-end service dept. The service performed on my 2018 Denali HD was done as requested including a few special requests. Zero problems were encountered on this visit and I anticipate no problems on future visits.

I purchased an XT5 in OCt, 2016. I have a love/hate relationship with the vehicle, but that discussion is out of scope for here. It's unfortunate I have to leave this poor review on Basil Fredonia however this is the location that came up for it's sister store Robert Basil Cadillac. I brought my Cadillac in for service. This ws the worst Service experience I've ever had. I'd have never expected this type of service prior to bringing my vehicle to Robert Basil. Great service. Got me in quickly and took care of everything I asked of them. Each time I use them they take great care and treat me well.
I bought a new Silverado recently. I worked with with two salesman because the salesman I was refered to was busy with another customer at the time I arrived. The two of them worked together to help me choose my vehicle. Jason & Allen couldn't have been more helpful, very nice guys no pressure to buy they took their time to answer ALL questions I had. They dint listen to voice messages they say one thing then tell you something different bought a lot a card and trucks never bought from basil we went there for the first time and will never go back once you buy there used vechicals Jeep Wrangler they are pretty much fine with you extended watrentee mesns nothing without even looking at the car they say everything isn't going to be covered after paying 400.00 for same problem it's going bsck in for no loaner after we were told there would be they are a mess !!!
Went in looking at a Silverado. I also looked at an F-150 at the Ford dealership down the road. Cody informed me about everything Chevy does for their customers and the benefits of owning a GM vehicle. After he showed me the vehicle and we went for a drive, he got me the payments and the Deal I was looking for. I had never considered leasing but after his sales pitch on it, I finally understood it and decided it was best for my driving/trading habits. Will definitely be back!
